1. What the Bot Sees — And What It Doesn't
YoungzeeBot does NOT read, store, or have access to your personal chats. When the bot is connected, it processes only messages that match recognized commands. Every other message — your conversations, group chats, media, contacts — is completely invisible to the bot and is never processed, stored, or transmitted to our servers.
- Your personal chats are ignored. The bot does not read, log, or interact with any message that is not a recognized YoungzeeBot command.
- Only commands are processed. When you send a command, the bot reads that specific message, executes the instruction, and replies in your chat with the result.
- We do not store your chat history. Your conversations are yours. YoungzeeBot does not archive, back up, or retain any chat content beyond the command text itself.
- The bot does not access your contacts, media, or group messages unless a command explicitly requires it — and even then, only the minimum data needed to fulfill that command is touched.
2. Information We Collect
YoungzeeBot collects only what is necessary to operate the platform. This includes:
- Email address — for account verification and communication.
- Account profile details — your name, username, and phone number as provided during registration.
- Bot deployment information — configuration data related to your activated bot instance.
- Subscription and payment status — records of your plan, coin balance, and transaction history.
- Command logs and system diagnostics — the commands you send, timestamps, bot responses, and general platform health data. All command logs are visible to you through the Console on your dashboard.
We do not collect your chat messages, contact lists, media files, or any other personal data beyond what is listed above.
3. How Information Is Used
The information we collect is used for the following purposes:
- Authentication — verifying your identity and maintaining secure access to your dashboard.
- Bot deployment and management — setting up, configuring, and keeping your bot instance running.
- Subscription handling — managing your plan, processing payments, and tracking coin balances.
- Populating your Console — displaying your complete command history and bot response logs in the dashboard.
- Technical support — diagnosing and resolving issues when you request assistance. Relevant command logs may be reviewed only to address your specific support case.
- Platform security and monitoring — detecting unauthorized access, preventing abuse, and maintaining system integrity.
4. Session Information
Your bot session credentials and related deployment data are stored securely within YoungzeeBot's own infrastructure. This information is used solely for maintaining your bot's connectivity and ensuring the platform functions as intended. Session data is not shared with or accessible by any external party.
5. Data Protection
YoungzeeBot implements reasonable and appropriate security measures to help protect your information and platform data. These measures are applied across our own infrastructure — all data handling, storage, and processing is done internally by YoungzeeBot. However, no internet-connected system can be guaranteed as completely secure, and you are responsible for keeping your own account credentials safe.
6. Data Sharing
YoungzeeBot does not sell your personal information to anyone. YoungzeeBot does not share your data with any third-party service.
All data collection, storage, and processing is handled entirely within YoungzeeBot's own systems. The only circumstances under which data may be disclosed are:
- Legal requirements — when compelled by applicable law, court order, or government regulation.
- Protection of rights — to safeguard the rights, property, or safety of YoungzeeBot, its users, or the public in cases of suspected fraud or abuse.
Your chat data is never shared — because we do not hold it. Your Console logs are never shared for marketing, advertising, or any purpose unrelated to operating the Service.
7. Cookies and Sessions
The YoungzeeBot dashboard may use cookies, authentication tokens, and browser session storage to maintain your login state and improve your experience while using the platform. These are strictly functional and are not used to track you across external websites.
8. User Responsibility
You are responsible for securing your own devices, browsers, and account credentials. YoungzeeBot will not be held liable for any unauthorized access to your account that results from your failure to protect your login information.
9. Data Retention & Deletion
- Account data — retained for as long as your account is active.
- Transaction records — retained for a minimum of 12 months for financial compliance.
- Command logs (Console) — retained for the life of your account plus 90 days after deactivation, then permanently deleted.
- Usage metadata (IP, device info) — retained for 6 months, then automatically purged.
- You may request full account deletion by contacting support. Upon verified request, your personal data, Console logs, and account records will be permanently erased within 30 days, subject to any legal retention obligations.
10. Policy Updates
This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically as the platform evolves. Continued use of YoungzeeBot after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
